Michel was deeply loved by her family and will be dearly missed.
The Del Conte Family would like to thank the many wonderful doctors and nurses at SJH and HGH, and RNs and PSWs who cared for Michel at home. A special thanks to Dr Alsunbul, Dr Profetto, Dr Doyle, RN Kristen, and Margaret’s Place Hospice, Dawn and Jen, RNs, PSWs, and volunteers for the care and compassion they provided Michel and Family
Michel will be remembered as an extremely loyal, caring and empathetic woman, always putting the needs of others before her own. As per Michel’s wishes, she will be cremated with no funeral or visitation. Instead, a private Celebration of Life will take place with invited family and dear friends. Announcements will be made once the arrangements have been finalized.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Margaret’s Place Hospice in Dundas would be appreciated by the Del Conte Family.
