Sadly, I learned today of the passing of retiree William “Bill” Gravelle at the age of 74. Please see the message below from Bill’s family.

“With heavy heart we’re sharing that Retired Sergeant Bill Gravelle passed away peacefully on Wed. Oct. 4,2023. After 8 tough years of battling with his cancer; Bill is finally at rest. Many thanks to the entire staff at The Bob Kemp Hospice at 277 Stone Church Road E. Hamilton. We thank them all for their kind, compassionate professional care of Bill. In lieu of flowers; we as a family and this home would be very appreciative of donations to their cause. The Home relies on donations to keep up and run this wonderful place. A brief family ceremony was held at the hospice. Cremation transport was followed by Donald Brown Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow and be determined at a later date.
